With These Rings…

I often find myself in awe whenever I hear of two older / elder people getting married. It truly is one of the coolest things anybody can witness. I’ve often wished for the opportunity to see something like it first hand.

Life sure has an odd way of working out because a few days ago, I got my wish & found myself in a small chapel in my home province setting up lights for what would prove to be one of the most charming shoots I have ever had the honor of covering. At 65 years young, I saw my dear mom get married for the second time to a wonderful and kind hearted man.

It was simple, intimate, and full of joy. It makes you a true believer of the awesome power of love. It finds a way, always.
